Welp, it’s that time of year again, when people start eating less, purchase a gym membership, and pretend they are going to change their ways from here-on-out. A new year is supposed to be a “clean slate”, fresh start, another chance, new way of life even.
In my opinion, new years resolutions shouldn’t have to exist. If people focused more on doing what they love, spending time with those who matter, and taking care of their health, they wouldn’t have to declare their “shoulda-coulda-woulda’s” to the world on the first of every January.
If you want to change something, change it. If you want to be someone, be. If you want to eat an entire bag of sour cream & onion chips in one sitting, do it![but not often] The only time you have is right now, this very moment. Don’t wait until next year to figure that out.

The biggest trend for 2011 is “living in the moment”. Mark my words. =)

See you there.
